We are happy to announce the launch of the Longboat Prusa RepRap. Available now to PRE ORDER for dispatch on November 30th

The Longboat Prusa is a Replicating Rapid Prototyping Machine which uses fused deposition modelling and is based on the RepRap open source project. The machine uses PLA (Polylactic Acid) thermoplastic filament to print 3D objects.

The Longboat Prusa is based on the Prusa Mendel RepRap the main difference being the use of LM8UU liner bearings as a replacement to plastic bushings. It is manufactured by, and available exclusively from, www.thereprapkitstore.co.uk
